Telehealth consultations are charged at the same fees as face-to-face appointments. Medicare rebates may be lower for telehealth, depending on eligibility.

All fees are reviewed periodically and may change. Medicare rebates may apply, depending on appointment type and eligibility.

TG Health Clinic is a private billing practice and does not bulk bill.

Medicare rebates are available for eligible consultations.

How do I claim my Medicare rebate?

  • For face-to-face appointments eligible for a Medicare rebate, rebates can be processed at the time of payment via EFTPOS.
  • For telehealth (video) consultations, we can also process Medicare rebates on your behalf. In most cases, the rebate will be deposited directly into your nominated bank account after the consultation.

Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)

If you hold Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), payment of the full consultation fee is required at the time of your appointment. OSHC rebates cannot be processed by the clinic and must be claimed directly with your insurer. Rebate amounts and eligibility vary depending on your insurer and level of cover.

We ask for at least two (2) clinic days' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations or non-attendance may be charged a fee equal to the full appointment cost. If you are unwell or experiencing unexpected circumstances, please contact the clinic as soon as possible.

Yes. Repeat prescription requests can be made via the patient portal for a fee of $55.

Not all medications can be prescribed without a consultation. If a consultation is required, you will be contacted.

Yes. Reports and letters are charged at $500 per hour. Medicare rebates generally do not apply.

Quotes are provided on request. Fees are payable upfront.

Appointments are booked online. New patients should complete the New Patient Form before booking their first appointment.
