Consultation Fees
All fees are payable at the time of appointment. Medicare rebates apply where eligible.
Initial consultation
For new patients not currently on GAHT

Medical certificates
Can be provided at no charge during your appointment. Requests made after your appointment has concluded are subject to the fee.

Reports and letters
Reports and letters are charged at an hourly rate. Medicare rebates generally do not apply. Quotes are provided on request. Fees are payable upfront.

Fees apply for referral requests made outside of consultations. Psychologist referrals made outside of consultations require a Mental Health Care Plan, not a referral letter.

Additional Costs
Some services may involve costs payable directly to a pharmacy or external provider (e.g., pathology).
Cancellations and Non-Attendance
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. We ask for at least two (2) clinic days' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or non-attendance may be charged a fee equal to the full appointment cost. If you are unwell or experiencing unexpected circumstances, please contact the clinic as soon as possible.
Medicare Information
Do you bulk bill?
In general, TG Health Clinic does not bulk bill. However, Medicare rebates are available where eligible and can be claimed on the spot via EFTPOS.
How do I claim my rebate?
For face-to-face appointments eligible for a Medicare rebate, you can claim the rebate at the time of payment using the EFTPOS terminal.
